Checking the ingredients of Summers’ sophomore record Correct Behaviour would sum up the Virginia trio perfectly:

- Brevity
- Teen-angst
- Hooks
- Many, many dBs
- Occasional cheek and tongue foreplay,
- Influences: the Troggs, Yo La Tengo, Belle and Sebastion, Billy Corgan (before he was a nuisance).

They’re a welcome addition to the barrages of late 80s and early 90s-era lo-fi acts currently doing the rounds: the sound of a cohesive, hypercompressed imagination finding its way through US underground rock’s salad years with irresistible zeal.
