You may have noticed a bunch of iPhone users running around in fluorescent orange hoodies during NXNE 2012. That would be the group beta-testing PTCH for a certain LA-based org. called Dreamworks. Not sure if you’ve heard of them, but this cool new app lets non-directors as well as budding Spielbergs put together 1-minute montages. Termed “living media” by its makers, you send it off into the community to be viewed – and possibly reptched or remixed by other PTCHers. Or just share it with your own group. We used it to to pull together some of our fave video highlights + photos from this year’s festival.
