Ticketing Terms + Conditions
These terms and conditions govern your purchase of tickets for NXNE (hereinafter referred to as "the Festival"). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Ticket Purchase
All tickets are sold subject to availability and to these terms and conditions.
Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as expressly provided herein or as required by applicable law.
Entry and Identification
All attendees must present a valid ticket for entry into the Festival.
Valid identification may be required to verify the ticket holder's age.
The Festival reserves the right to refuse entry to any attendee who fails to comply with these requirements.
Photography and Videography Consent
By purchasing a ticket and attending the Festival, you consent to the recording of your image and/or voice and its use for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, advertising, marketing, and social media.
The Festival reserves the right to capture and use photographs, videos, and other recordings of attendees for promotional purposes without further notice or compensation.
Code of Conduct
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner.
Any behavior deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to, disorderly conduct, harassment, or illegal activity, may result in ejection from the Festival without refund.
Health and Safety
Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety while attending the Festival.
The Festival organizers are not liable for any injury, illness, or loss suffered by attendees, except as required by law.
Cancellation or Postponement
In the event of cancellation or postponement of the Festival, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund or exchange as determined by the Festival organizers.
Amendments
The Festival organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
