Lavender Town
Lavender Town is a collective of improvising musicians from Toronto, Canada. Their sound lands somewhere between MF DOOM, Louis Cole, and BADBADNOTGOOD mixed with dense jazz harmony and maximalist post-bop improvisations. Gen Z music; influenced by an eclectic array of internet micro-genres from the last decade as well as the rich jazz cannon of the past century.
