Talking Violet (est. 2018) transports the listener to a sonic dreamland. The Windsor, Ontario outfit melds the best elements of shoegaze, grunge, alternative rock, and dream-pop into a sound that pays homage to the genre greats while simultaneously giving a bold, original statement. Consisting of Jill Goyeau (vocals, guitar), Jay Turnbull (guitar, vocals), Jeremie Brousseau (drums) and Dylan Iannicello (bass), Talking Violet is expected to push boundaries with their 2024 sophomore album, “Everything At Once”.
