Queens & Kings started as an act of defiance, a refusal to accept limitations, and the rebellion of never giving up. With Alissa's role primarily as drummer / vocalist and Brendan's role as primarily guitarist / vocalist, the two find ways to sound like far more than two people, swapping or playing multiple instruments at once and finding inventive ways to increase their range of dynamics and movement.
